Bridesmaid Gifts at The Knot Wedding Shop

I love the idea of fresh fruit in the vase of a centerpiece. I made this and I think it looks really nice, but maybe a little plain. Not sure how others would look at it. I was also thinking of putting one of those lights in the vase so at night the light will shine through the limes. What do you think?

Thats beautiful but I see what you mean by it looking a bit plain. What are your other colors? You could mix in other stuff with the limes that match your wedding. Things like raspberries, beads, orange or lemon slices, etc. If you want to stick with green though you could line the bottom or the top of the limes with mint leaves. Or loosely crumple seran wrap around the lily stems above the limes.

I love your arrangement….especially the Calla Lillies. They make it look professional and classy. The limes do a wonderful job of complimenting the stems and will smell wonderful and clean.
    Great job.
I love when people are creative and put so much of themselves into their special occasion.

Looks fine to me, have the table clothes match too. I would have someone do a test run on the lights first to make sure it all fits.

I think its beautiful! Very elegant, yet contempory. The lillies and limes actually really suit each other. A light that would glow through the limes would be stunning…
    Have a wonderful wedding!!!

I love your arrangement it is so beautiful, I think if you added a white and green french ribbon around the vase it would really pull it all together!
I hope all goes well, good luck!

Hi. That is absolutely beautiful really!

However, it is much too tall for my liking. Remember that people want to chat and visit with those across the table. Look at your picture again. What if someone was sitting in the chair across the table (in your picture), and you are sitting exactly at the angle shown…..you are looking straight at the vase.

I know calla lillies are tall flowers, but I would cut it down or use other flowers so that your guests are not having to peer around the vase all night.

    Just my opinion…..

I the it is BEAUTIFUL! It is not plain at all, it is very elegant. I think one of the small lights would be great in it as long as you cannot see the actual parts of the bulb and all.

Very nice…maybe you should start a business.

    Looks cute and trendy!

If youre worried about plainess you can add some green food coloring to the water, or a simple satin bow.

I think its absolutely gorgeous… I personally would cut down the number of calla lillies… use maybe 3 it looks a bit crowded and then you can tie it together with a nice ribbon and then do the votives on the table around the tall vase at different heights and get some green and white accents (beads, rocks, crystals, etc.) to sprinkle on the table as well… Its simple and elegant!!! Very CLASSY!!!
