How do I do this for the wedding centerpiece?
02 Feb 2009
Helping a good friend plan her wedding. She likes this idea, but neither of us can figure out how to do it. Step by step directions would be fantastic…..

That is a great idea, I actually found the page this is linked from when I was searching for non-floral centerpieces for my wedding, we are going to do this as well, I will put the Link below, it is an affordable and easy DIY idea
Good Luck!

2009 Feb 02 1For the flowers or the frames?
Looks like they took 3 picture frames that were the same size, drilled them together and put in a black and white picture.

2009 Feb 02 3Not positive, but maybe printing pictures on something similar to tracing paper and putting them in those frame things, and then either using candles in the middle, or fake candles if you're worried about catching things on fire

2009 Feb 02 5Buy three matching frames. Take the back of the frames off.
Print the pictures you want on velum (its see through!) then put in the frames you want to use.
I would either screw the three frames together using hinges or maybe tape them together so its easier to take apart later.
Put a candle inside the frame to make the pictures glow. I would use a tea light since it is smaller and cheaper and has a small chance of catching anything on fire ; )
Ta-Da!
