I’m not sure now that I like my center pieces for my wedding enough….I’ve already spent almost five dollars on each one. If I add to them I’d spend almost 7 on each…at 15-20 tables this could easily add up to 100-150 dollars…is this a normal amount or way more than most people spend?? Thanks!
No, 5 to 7 dollars per centerpiece sounds like a bargain. But if you don’t like them, sell them back, and start over, don’t get any more of the same thing.

2009 Feb 28 2it seems reasonable to me. cost out the flowers plus cost of labor and you’ll see what it take to do it yourself. there are lots of unnecesary expenses in a wedding – personally I think it should be a more personal and toned-down moment to share with only a few friends and family, not a huge production.

2009 Feb 28 3Yeah, it adds up, but it is still a good price. I have known a lot of people to spend $10-$20 for centerpieces.

2009 Feb 28 4It depends on your wedding budget. On my first wedding, I spent $75 per table. However, my father bought all the flowers. This wedding will be on New Year’s Eve and we will be using more festive and affordable centerpieces. Maybe $5 per table!!! It you’re spending more than you expected, combine your favors with your decor. A CD with a festive wrapping can really shine. Think about more than flowers. Dollar Store votives work well too. Good Luck!!!

2009 Feb 28 6No that is incredibly cheap. Most people spend at least 3-5x that much as a base price at the minimum. What type of centerpieces are you doing that are so inexpensive?

2009 Feb 28 9Compared to a florist doing real flowers and or candles, you have a bargain. As long as you like it, it will be fine. I do not think that people spend any less than you did.

2009 Feb 28 10No. That Doesn’t Seem Very Expensive At All.
But I Guess It Would Purely Depend On Your Budget & If You Have Enough To Cover It.
If Your Only Adding An Extra $2 Per Table, Thats Only $30-40 More, Which Isn’t Very Much When You Think About How Much Weddings Typically Cost.
Good Luck & Congrats.

2009 Feb 28 14Considering mine are $55 each for 14 tables, I would say yes, $5-$7 is inexpensive! If you don’t like them then you could change them and still not spend much money! Good deal, go girl!
