Bridesmaid Gifts at The Knot Wedding Shop

there are 4 tables (which seat 6 ppl in a semi circle) with black table clothes on them. the centerpieces are martini glass candles with hot pink gel inside, faux diamond dust on the rim (like sugar on a martini) and there is neon pink glitter flecks in the gel. the candles are also scented with the candle oil of Victoria Secrets Very Sexy for Him. how should i arrange them? should i do 3 different size glasses on a mirror or put a few of the same size on a mirror? i am making the candles myself so i can do any size they just need to be in martini glasses. how would YOU arrange them on a table? there doesnt have to be a mirror and u can use 1 or more than one glass..i havent bought any glasses yet so different heights of glasses can be played with.

i want this to be really classy looking. its in a nightclub lounge
im filling the martini glasses with the scented colored gel so im not placing a votive candle inside a glass or anything..it will look like a very pink very sparkly cocktail :) o0o0 LOVE the big martini glass <3my boss went home for the day but im here till 6…might as well be productive and plan my party haha

Wow! What a great idea. I would group three glasses in different heights on a mirror so the light will reflect off it. Three is the magic number when grouping. I do not know the scent you speak of, but be careful not to have it overpowering. You could scent one of the grouping per table. Think about the personalities of your guests and make sure that you consider the possibility of one of the candles tipping onto the glass mirror. Take this into account when choosing your height and weight of the stemware.

Very classy!

I would do 1 big martini glass with a bigger candel in it set on a mirror with 3 or 4 smaller martini glasses with small candles in them set around the bigger glass.

First of all, the candles sound AWESOME!! I would love to see them. I think different sizes would be great along with the mirror, that way you can see each one better than if their all the same size. Sounds very sexy!

mirror in, as close as possible to, the center of the table. tall, about one foot, candle goes in middle of mirror, then put candles surrounding it but make the candles smaller with each one u put down. sort of like a spiral staircase around the center candle.

    hope it helps.

I like your idea of 3 different sizes of martini glasses set on a mirror, I would probably add pink, black and clear glass stones on it too.

Look into making a layered martini glass water fountain with filled with some pink/black/clear stones or pink water… would look cool.

    Edit:
I was doing a search and found a site that you might get a few ideas from. Something to consider is printing out some quotes and dropping them around the table or maybe printing out some martini recipes. You may even ask the bartender if they are willing to make one up for you? It might be an interesting experience for the adventuresome and the recipes would be a great momento for your guests. If your budget allows and you have time, you can have some cocktail napkins printed up with recipes on it. A factual sheet about martinis could also be something to consider. Just a few afterthoughts to make your evening special with an added touch or keep the ideas for a future home party.

P.S. I am not point gaming by editing but I just love planning parties, was fascinated by your idea and agree with the large martini glass mentioned. It is a good price and note that it comes in a pack. Maybe you could put a little greenery around the base and add a small red mesh bag filled with tiny red hot candies tied with a ribbon. (I thought of lime slices, but it would interfere with your scent). Just be subtle with the oil, OK. If it is too strong, your drinks and food, if any, will be affected. Not to mention the fact that some people may have allergies. Scents are very personal and you don't want people sneezing all night. :)

Oooh, I wish I were going..it sounds like a fun evening and thanks for peaking my interest and giving me an idea for a home party.

Wow sounds like you are getting alot accomplished today :) You can either do the big one that I was talking about earlier (its 48 oz not 60 lol) or I would do 3 diff sizes. I think 3 of the same size would look weird…
here is the site for the large martini glass http://www.webstaurantstore.com/libbey-9570101-grande-super-stem-48-oz-super-martini-glass/5519570101.html

and let me look to see if i can find pics for 3 smaller ones
    * I cant find a set of different martini sizes but i think if you go that route it will end up being more expensive than the 1 big one
