Keep in mind, the couple is on a tight budget. Early afternoon wedding. Rectangle tables.

Colors: blue, white, silver, black
Table Linen: white (white linen is free)

All suggestions are welcomed.

Get some clear glass vases of different sizes, at a dollar store (or Big Lots). If they have square or rectangle ones, that's even better. You can buy bags of translucent, iridescent pebbles in bags at Dollar Tree (blue, silver, white, clear) and put some into the vases. Then just stick a silver candle in each one. Different sized vases in groups of 3 on each table would be pretty. Put a runner under the grouping in blue; scatter some metallic glitter or confetti down the runner too…….. This could also be done using 1 big flower in each vase, instead of a candle. It would stand upright because of the pebbles, and you can put water in there. A big Gerbena Daisy (white) or Hydrangea would be pretty

Flowers are always cheap and you could buy some glass bowls and put colored water in them and add floating candles or even live fish.

Have you thought about balloons? I’ve done many receptions with balloons. At about .25 to .50 each, it’s very affordable. Use 3 or 5 balloons per grouping. Odd numbers always work best when decorating anything. Tie pretty curling ribbon on each and tie to a balloon weight. You can make a weight out of a balloon and 1/4 cup of sand. Fill and tie in a knot. Cover with a round piece of tulle(another great cheap decorating tool) and ribbon. Scatter silver wrapped chocolate candy on table.

You can add color to the tables by placing *whatever* color of dinner napkins. They come in different sizes, but in general are about 17″ square. You could even use a mix of the wedding colors. Then place your vases, or candles or whatever else they choose on the napkins.
To make it even a little less expensive, buy the material and do the edging yourself on a sewing machine. My daughter had white linens, and we couldn’t find the color toppers we wanted so I made them myself from bulk material.

    Congrats to the couple!

My suggestion is to get a nice white scented round candle to put in the middle of the table, and you can put a silver bow around the candle to make it fit more with the color scheme. Then around that candle you can put rose petals, these can be from real roses or they can be silk roses that you can buy pretty cheap online. These rose petals can be white to once again fit with the color scheme. Hope I helped, and have a wonderful wedding :)
