Cards fanned out in holders, and dice. You can get them at the dollar store.

my sister in law did the same thing. For centerpieces, she got poker chips , dice and cards and just put them all over the center of the table. As the main part of the centerpiece, she had a picture of them at the wedding in Vegas so everyone could see her and her new husband. It was cute and fit perfectly. By the end of the reception, people were stealing cards from all the table and having a game or two!

Make 3d dice out of playing cards using the A's as the dots on each sides. You can make giant cardboard cubes and cover them with cards and put MOD PODGE over them to make them smooth and shiny since it dries clear.

Another idea would be to small sculptures out of chips. That would be cute as well. Just hot glue them together.

You can get really cool poker chips printed with your name/date on eBay, they come in a variety of colors. Also, put scratch off lottery tickets at each place setting (I'm doing this for my wedding since we love to gamble!). When I think of Vegas, for some reason I always think "gold lame' " fabric. Yes, it's a little over the top, but that's Vegas! How about wrapping inexpensive glass vases in gold fabric (or silver) or buying bolts of gold fabric for tables-scaping. A little goes a long way. I think you could make it a very campy-fun atmosphere with trinkets and icons of Vegas. How about having each centerpiece be a different hotel on the Strip? Examples: An Eiffel tower for The Paris hotel, a pyramid for Luxor, Castle for Excalibur…etc. etc. I think people would understand the setup immediately. Good luck!
