I am going to give you some tips for unusual wedding gifts. It will be easy to see why these won’t be bought by other people. If you don’t know the couple getting married then this could back fire on you a bit.
A lot of couples already live with each other before they get married. You will find this makes it harder to find something to buy for them. If this happens then you should purchase something that is off the wall. If you don’t buy unusual wedding gifts then they are likely to already have what you buy and that would disappoint them.
My first choice of unusual wedding gifts is going to be pets. I can think of any occasion where a pet was bought as a wedding present. I don’t know why that is because the couple are now a family aren’t they? I can’t think why anyone wouldn’t want a pet?
Are they adrenalin junkies? How about a skydive? If they have never done something like this before then this would be a great present. This will be something to tell their grandchildren about.
Something for the home is always good. Now if they live together then a good thing to get is a gadget. I believe that you can include a gadget as one of the unusual wedding gifts. How about one of those tin openers that open the tin automatically without needing your hands?
This would be perfect if you have a big ego. What about a special photo frame? One of the happy couple and also featuring you. It would be perfect if you were in the middle of them with a big cheesy smile. You will be able to see how long they keep the picture in there.
This was written with my tongue firmly in my cheek. The reasons for this are that people worry too much about buying wedding gifts. In reality the happy couple would not even remember, so why not have some fun with your unusual wedding gifts?
