Arkansas law only requires you to be over 18 years old to get a marriage license without parental consent. Arkansas does not require a waiting period or blood test. You must show proper ID. The forms may be filled out at any county courthouse in the state. Your marriage license must be returned to the County Clerk’s office after the ceremony for registration.
The County Clerk’s office hours in Eureka Springs are from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., except on holidays, weather permitting.
