   I think blue and silver would be gorgeous.. You could use hired silver candelabra with white candles, decorated with blue hyacinth to make it look like a Winter wonderland!

   i always thought a fun winter centerpiece idea was really pretty snow globes at the center of each table with a couple candles maybe voltive. and what kind you get can depend on your feel and color scheme. and if your having kids there, or even some adults they can take them home at the end so your not stuck with them all.

   I like the blue and silver idea, you can even add some sparkle to your decoration by adding some kind of cristals, this will shine and sparkle when the lights from the candles reflect on them. I used this for my cake decoration to give it some sparkle effect; It was beautiful, i got them at Michaels, it was a metal string with all the cristals hunging in diferent directions, since it was soft metal string i could arrange them how i wanted them and we covered them with the flowers. We did it 2 days before the wedding and everything turned out so nice!
