It’s easier than you think to fall into a deep black state of mind. If you fall deep enough you may never get out. Here are a few things to look out for. If you are doing these you need to stop right now or you’ll kill your chances of getting your ex back.

Sleeping all day.

Sleeping throughout the day will wreck your routine. This is not something you want to start doing. If you do find yourself sleeping a lot through the day. You will struggle to break free of this one.

Not going out.

By this one I mean avoiding going out with friends or family if they ask. It gets easier to say no the more times you don’t go out. If you refuse to go out and it gets worse, how will you manage to go out with your ex when the time comes?

Alcohol abuse.

Do I really need to talk about this one? OK I will. Obviously there are long term dangers, but it’s the short term dangers that can cause problems. Calling or texting while drunk are tactics that will kill any chance you have of getting her back.

Laying your problems on anyone who’ll listen.

In my experience people in general don’t give a rats about you. That’s a stark reality I know, but it’s true. Sure they might listen…once. Then they will avoid you like the plague. You will lose friends quicker by telling them over and over, than any other way possible.

Life changing decisions.

This is for your own safety. You aren’t in the right frame of mind to be making life changing decisions. You may think you are in total control, chances are you aren’t. The last thing you need is that decision to move city and job coming back to haunt you in later life.

Time off work.

Obviously this one is a big no no. At this critical time in your life you need to have a routine, let alone the money to live on. Losing your job because of stupid days off is not smart. No job means no chance of getting back together.
