I am very creative and want to put together everything that requires a floral arragement. I have looked at a couple websites, but none had pictures or videos to go with the directions they offered. Books or Videos would also be great for ideas.
You should try youtube. They have lots of videos that can teach you how to do all of those things:

Hopefully they will have some clear directions!
You could also try save-on-crafts.com – they have lots of DIY projects.
Good luck!
I want very simple centerpieces at my wedding that basically look like this (I'm undecided on the crystals), with votive candles on the table to add warmth. How much would something like this cost me? I'm on a really tight floral budget.

You can make these yourself. Could probably be done for around $70 – $80 each if you shop wisely.
Branches – 8 – 10 or more, depending on the size of the vase
Vase – shop Wal-Mart, and off price stores to find the best price
Ribbon around top of vase – watch sales and look for coupons for fabric stores, Michaels or Hobby Lobby type stores
Crystals – about 20 – 25 per centerpiece You can use old earrings you pick up at flee markets, garage sales, resale shops. These don't have to be identical as long as they are all the same clear glass. Here are some options from OTC, but by the time you buy these individually, they will add up quickly.

VOTIVE & CUP – less than $1 each http://www.orientaltrading.com/application?namespace=browse&origin=searchMain.jsp&event=link.itemDetails&demandPrefix=12&sku=26/2190&mode=Searching&erec=4&No=16&D=votive&Ntt=votive&Ntk=all&Dx=mode%252bmatchallpartial&Ntx=mode%252bmatchallpartial&N=0&sd=White+Rose+Votive+Candles
These might be safer and easier to attach to the branches: http://www.orientaltrading.com/application?namespace=browse&origin=searchMain.jsp&event=link.itemDetails&demandPrefix=12&sku=91/5125&mode=Searching&erec=5&No=16&D=votive&Ntt=votive&Ntk=all&Dx=mode%252bmatchallpartial&Ntx=mode%252bmatchallpartial&N=0&sd=White+Battery-Operated+Votive+Candles
Rocks – probably least expensive at Wal-Mart in the floral department or at the craft store

I am looking for suggestions for baby shower decorations that aren't cheezy and from the $ store like all my friends are suggesting:) It's going to be at a restaurant, so I have to keep in minimal. I already ordered floral centerpieces in pink (she's having a girl). Anything you suggest will be helpful, thanks!
We did the same thing but in a house..we got little gift bags, baby binkies, baby tees, and baby booties, and burb cloths, and set them around the tables:) Id get a cute table cloth from the same place..Maybe 20 dollars for everything. Gotta love the 99c store!
Tonight I’m putting together a Thanksgiving floral arrangement, but don’t have any floral foam. Is there anything I can use besides that?
I’m using a pumpkin as a vase.
Here is an example of what I’m doing…

Clay or dough might be a good substitute.
If you don’t have any clay/play dough, try mixing up a batch of somewhat drier salt dough. If you oil the stems of your arrangement, it shouldn’t be permanent.
Salt dough –
1 cup salt
1 cup of water
2 cups of flour
Mix it all together and it will air dry hard. If a pumpkin is your vase, I would suggest wrapping the dough in foil to avoid too much moisture seeping in.
Little fish bowls with pretty glass rocks and a goldfish in each one. Or you can do the same thing with giant brandy snifters!
I'm not talking about weddingchannel.com or theknot.com. I'm looking for actual florist websites that have pictures of wedding centerpiece arrangements and a variety of bouquets. I've done google searches and haven't really found what I'm looking for. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Check out this website. On the first page select which state you live in. After that, it will show a list of all florists in that state. After that simply click on any florist and their link to their official website is shown. Click on that and you will see each florists portfolio of pictures, arrangemetns and pricing.
Hope this helps.
